Junior (2023):

• Competed in four events in his junior season
• Recorded a career-best time of 26:53.7 at the Upstate Invitational
• Finished the 5k Stan Sims Opener with a time of 16:32.02

Sophomore (2022):

• 2022 UAA Fall All-Academic Honors
• Competed in four events for the Eagles this season
• Registered a season-best time of 27:55 at the Alexander Asics Invitational (59 of 130)
• Finished 34th of 99 runners at the Julius Johnson Invitational (28:15)
• Raced to a 29:04 finish at the UAB Blazer Classic

Freshman (2021):

Competed in three meets… Opened his collegiate career with his season best time of 27:44 at the Converse Kickoff where he placed 59^th out of 174 runners… Followed that up with a 102^nd place finish at the Alexander Asics Invitational (27:52)… Also competed at the UAB Classic (28:34) where he placed 137^th out of 177 competitors.

High School:

Competed in cross country and track for 4 years at South Pasadena High School… Served as a team captain his freshman and sophomore year in both track and cross country… Was coached by Mike Parkinson… His top time in the half mile event was 1:55 and came in 2021… He posted a 4:16 in the mile… Helped lead South Pasadena to the CIF Division III Southern Section Finals… Was the recipient of the Aydin Salem Leadership Scholarship.
