The senior finished in the top seven for the Eagles in the finalfive meets of the season including his first appearance in the NCAAnational meet. He ran a season-best time of 27 minutes and 53seconds at the Clemson Invitational.

Junior (2003):

Ahmed ran a season-best time of 27 minutes and 22 seconds at theSoutheastern Classic where he finished 53rd out of 203 runners. Hefinished seventh for the Eagles at the Georgia State Invitational.
