Senior (2010): Competed in six events ...Ranked among Emory's top-five finishers on four occasions ... Hispersonal-best 8k time of 26:34 at the Royal Cross Country Challengewas fifth on the team and 89th overall out of 202 runners ... Wasthe fourth Emory performer to cross the finish line and 20thoverall out of 113 contestants at the Berry CollegeInvitational.

Junior (2009): Ran in five events ...  Clocka then personal-best 8K time of 26:51 placed him 18th out of 74contestants at the Foothills Invitational (Oct. 10) ...  No. 4Emory runner and 10th overall out of 68 entries at the QuakerInvitational (Oct. 17) with an effort of 28:17 ... Competed at theUAA Championships (Oct. 31). 

Sophomore (2008):
Saw action in seven races ... Best 8Ktime was a 27:24 at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional Championships... Was the team's fifth-place scorer and 34th out of 77 runners atthe Vanderbilt Invitational (Sept. 20) with a time of 27:56.

Freshman (2007):
Saw action in three meets ... Best timecame at the Tiger Twilight (Oct. 12) when he clocked in at 29:58.1... Also competed at the Sewanee Invitational (Sept. 2) and theBulldog Stampede (Sept. 22).

Prior to Emory:
Competed in both cross country track whileat Montgomery Bell High School ... Was coached by Robert Pruitt ...Best 5K time was a 17:44 his senior year ... Served as captain ofthe cross country team his final season ... Top effort in the milewas a 4:44.

Personal: Born Sept. 23, 1988 ... Recipient of hishigh school's Economics Medal.
