Ran in two events ... Finished 23rd overall out of 93entries at the Sewanee Invitational with an 8K time of 29:21 ...Also competed in the Green Race at the CharlotteInvitational. 

Junior (2012):
 Raced in five competitions ... Scored for the Eagles atthe JSU Foothills Invitational, crossing the finish line thirdamong the Emory pack and 28th overall out of 67 runners with apersonal-best 8K time of 27:56 ... Clocked a 28:06, his second-best8K performance, at the Viking Open.

Sophomore (2011):
 Did not race in any meets

Freshman (2010):
 Ran in the team's first five competitions ... Top 8K timewas a 28:20 at the Royal Cross Country Challenge ... Posted a38th-place finish out of 104 runners at the Sewanee Invitational... Second-best time was a 28:45 in the Silver Race Division of theGreater Louisville Classic.

High School:
Earned four letters in cross country and three in track while atLassiter High School ... Was coached by Ed Hutcherson ... Served asteam captain his senior year ... Top 5K mark was a 16:35.
