Solid final season that saw him land All-America honorsfor the second straight year following his 12th-place finish out of276 runners at the NCAA Division III Championships with a time of25:46 ... His effort at nationals enabled him to become just thethird cross country runner in school history to capture All-Americaaccalaim twice and the first since Dave Laub (1986 and 1987) ...Took part in six competitions and was among the squad's top threeperformers in each race ... Sophomore (2007): Took to the course in sixcompetitions ... One of the Eagles' most consistent performers,ranking among the squad's top five finishers in each outing ...Ranked third on the team in wins and posted a record of 687-280 ...Brought home all-region honors following his 16th-place finish outof 170 runners at the NCAA South/Southeast Region Championships(26:41) ... Was the No. 2 Eagle to cross the finish line and 28thout of 91 entries at the Bulldog Stampede (Sept. 22) with a time of26:57 ... Was the No. 2 Emory finisher at the NCAA Championshipswith a career-best 26:13.

Freshman (2006): Competed in three meets ... No. 1Emory runner and was second overall in the 111-runner field at theGeorgia Collegiate Championship (Sept. 30) with a season-best 8Ktime of 27:21 ... Also saw action at the Sewanee Invitational(Sept. 2), where he was the No. 6 Emory performer and 38th overallout of 152 (28:17), and the Crimson Classic (Sept. 15).

Prior to Emory: Competed for Wellesley High Schoolwhere Jamie Chisum was his coach ... Best time in the 5K was 16:40while his best showing in the mile was 4:29.
