Biography
Freshman (2024):
- Competed in three meets as a rookie
- Finished 26th out of 132 runners at the Queen City Invite, an event Emory went on to win as a team
- Recorded a season-best time of 25:52.7 at the Upstate Invitational
Prior to Emory:
Competed in cross country and track and field at Weston High School... served as team captain of the cross country and track teams... contributed to indoor and outdoor championships at the MIAA Division 5 level in 2024... led the cross country team to a runner-up finish at the 2023 Division 3 MIAA All-State meet.
Personal:
Intends to study neuroscience and behavioral biology while at Emory... enjoys swimming outside, fishing, hiking, and canoeing... played the double bass in a number of orchestras, including a South African and European tour.
