• Recorded a season-best time of 27:48.2 at the Converse Kickoff meet, finishing 86th out of 183 runners
• Recorded a time of 17:23.31 at the 5k Stan Sims Opener

Sophomore (2022):

• 2022 UAA Fall All-Academic Honors
• Competed in four events for the Eagles this season
• Raced a season-best 27:43 good for a 52nd place finish at the Alexander Asics Invitational
• Finished 48th out of 99 runners at the Julius Johnson Invitational with a time of 29:34
• Posted a time of 28:14 at the UAB Classic (110th)

Freshman (2021):

Competed in four races… Ran a personal best 8k time at the Alexander Asics Invitational of 27:33… Registered a 28:03 at the UAB Classic… Also competed at the Converse Kickoff (28:40) and the 7200m Emory vs. Oglethorpe Dual (25:20).

High School:

Competed in cross country and track for 4 years at Deerfield High School… Served as a team captain his senior year in both cross country and track… Was coached by Scott Friedlander… His top time in the half mile event was 1:58 and came in 2021… Posted a 4:28 in the mile… Recorded a personal best of 15:59 in the 3 mile in 2020… Graduated as a high honor roll student.
