The #6 ranked Emory men's golf team will travel to Howey-in-the-Hills, FL to compete in the NCAA Championships, with play beginning on Tuesday at Mission Inn Resort.

The Eagles were one of nine programs to receive an at-large bid to the 43-team field, marking their 28th all-time appearance at the NCAA Championships after delivering back-to-back third place finishes at the last two NCAA Championships. The tournament will consist of 72 holes of stroke play, with the field being cut to the top 18 teams and top six individuals after 36 holes of competition.

Coming off a first-place win at the Discover Dekalb Emory Invitational last month, the Eagles are currently sixth in the Scoreboard/Clippd national rankings. Emory has delivered top five finishes in ten tournaments this season, including wins at the Wabash Fall Invitational, the NCAA Fall Preview and the UAA Championship where the Eagles secured their third-consecutive conference title.

The team concluded the regular season against #7 WashU on Saturday, going 1-2 on the weekend. The final regular season series was highlighted by Friday's walk off win as freshman pinch-hitter Alejandra Wittman's single in the bottom of the seventh secured the 2-1 win for the Eagles.
