Freshman Amanda Zheng helped the Emory women's golf team to its second straight national title this past week in Palm Desert, California. Zheng tied teammate Zimo Li for the best Eagle finish at the NCAA Championships as she was even par through four rounds to tie for 7th on the individual leaderboard. Zheng closed out her national debut by shooting -5 across the final two rounds, including -3 in the final round on Friday, as Emory pulled away from UAA rival Carnegie Mellon to claim the title.
