Freshman Daniel Kim went 2-0 at No. 3 singles to lead the No. 11 Emory Eagles to another national quarterfinals berth with wins over Stevens and No. 6 Johns Hopkins in North Carolina. Kim won both of his matches in straight sets as he picked up 6-0, 6-2 and 7-6, 7-5 decisions in back-to-back matches and added a win with John Lasanajak, 6-4, in the win over Stevens.
