Sydney spun her third complete game of the season in Emory's 8-2 win over Carnegie Mellon, allowing two runs on eight hits and two walks while striking out five to improve to 4-2 on the year. Thune also recorded her first career save in Saturday's second matchup against the Tartans, pitching three scoreless innings with four strikeouts, allowing only two batters to reach base out of the 11 she faced.
