Sophomore Ajay Kartik went 3-0 in singles and added a 2-1 record in doubles as the Eagles went 3-0 against Oglethorpe, Covenant and Berry. Kartik was a straight set winner in all three singles matches, posting results of 6-2, 6-2 at the No. 3 spot vs. Oglethorpe, 6-2, 6-3 at No. 3 vs. Covenant and 6-2, 6-3 as he moved to No. 2 vs. Berry. In doubles, Kartik teamed with John Lasanajak for a pair of wins at the No. 3 spot vs. Oglethorpe (6-3) and Covenant (6-2) before falling at the No. 1 position with Matthew Johnstone vs. Berry (4-6).
