Sophomore Derica Chiu paced the Eagles at the Valspar Augusta Invitational this past weekend, finishing tied for 29th in a field comprised of over 70 golfers from the Division I level. Chiu shot an impressive 74 (+2) in her opening round before shooting a 79 (+7) to wrap up her two-round score of 153 (+9). The event's final round was canceled due to inclement weather, seeing Chiu finish in the top half of all golfers at the Division I event.
