Senior Logan Shanahan had a big weekend for the Eagles as Emory advanced to the NCAA Sweet 16 for the first time since 2018 and sixth time in program history. Shanahan averaged 17 points across the two wins over Huntingdon and Berry to go along with 11.5 rebounds per game. On Friday, Shanahan filled the stat sheet with 12 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 blocks in only 20 minutes as Emory toppled Huntingdon with ease, 83-68. The following night, he had a massive performance with 22 points, 16 rebounds and 3 blocks as Emory defeated Berry 83-68.
