The Emory men, ranked 30th nationally, are one of 37 teams hitting the course. The Eagles will be facing a host of talented squads with seven of the top 11 and a total of 17 schools ranked among the top 35 comprising this year's field.  Top-10 programs slated to race include No. 1 North Central, No. 2 SUNY- Geneseo, No. 5 Pomona-Pitzer, No. 8 Washington University, No. 9 Christopher Newport and No. 10 Calvin College.

The Principia College North Farm Cross Country Facility will be the site of the 2017 NCAA D-III Championships (Nov. 18).

Both Emory teams last competed on Sept. 30 when they registered first-place finishes at the JSU Foothills Invitational in Oxford, Alabama.
